DER-1045Q describes a low-profile 16 W power supply with four outputs for 800 V BEV auxiliary or gate driver power supplies. It features a wide-creepage InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switcher IC with a 1700 V SiC switch, which improves system reliability. The design also employs a slim wound transformer, which lowers the profile of the board to 18.6 mm.
