LinkSwitch-TN2系列IC适用于非隔离离线式电源,与传统的线性或阻容降压式方案相比性能有大幅提升。采用高集成度的LinkSwitch-TN2 IC的设计具有更大的适用性,并且具有更高的效率、更全面的系统级保护和更高的可靠性。该产品系列支持降压式、降压-升压式和反激式变换器拓扑结构。每个器件在一个单片IC上集成了一个725 V / 900 V的功率MOSFET、振荡器、可实现最高轻载效率的开/关控制、一个给IC实现自供电的高压开关电流源、频率调制、快速(逐周期)电流限制、迟滞热关断以及输出和输入过压保护电路。

LinkSwitch-TN2 IC在待机模式下消耗极小的电流,从而使电源设计符合全球所有的空载和待机功耗标准。 LinkSwitch-TN2器件还具有更高的反馈引脚参考电压精度,达到±1.3%,上一代器件(LinkSwitch-TN)的参考电压精度为6.6%。 MOSFET的工作限流点可通过BYPASS引脚电容值进行选择。选择较高的限流点可提供最大连续输出电流,而较低的限流点允许使用成本非常低的小尺寸表面贴装电感。完善的保护特性可确保电源安全、可靠运行,在出现输入和输出过压故障、器件过热故障、电压失调以及电源输出过载或短路故障时保护器件及整个系统。
