Power Integrations今日推出HiperPFS™-4系列功率因数校正(PFC) IC。 新器件系列适合要求在满载及轻载下均提供优异效率及功率因数性能的应用。 HiperPFS-4器件采用紧凑型电气隔离的可散热封装,内部同时集成了一个适合305 VAC输入的600 V MOSFET和一个高效率变频CCM PFC控制器。 该IC系列不仅能提供高功率因数和低THD,而且还可在非常宽的输出负载范围内始终实现高效率,使OEM厂商符合严格的80 PLUS® Platinum及Titanium级电源标准。

Power Integrations Names Wendy Arienzo to Its Board of Directors

Power Integrations today announced that Wendy Arienzo will join the company’s board of directors on April 1, 2017. Dr. Arienzo has more than three decades of technical and executive experience in technology industries, including the semiconductor and power-electronics industries. Since 2013 she has served as vice president of operations at Fujifilm Dimatix, Inc., a leading supplier of piezoelectric industrial print heads. Previously, she was CEO and a director of ArrayPower, a developer of software-defined inverter technology for solar-energy systems.

Canada Initiates Next Round of Energy Efficiency Standards Revision

March 14th, 2017

On March 4th, a Notice of Intent was published in the Canada Gazette, launching the development of a new amendment to the country’s Energy Efficiency Regulations. After approval, Amendment 15 will be integrated into the regulations that were introduced in 1995 as a means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Canada. They specify energy efficiency standards for residential, commercial, and industrial energy using products.

EPA Launches Imaging Equipment Revision Process

March 7th, 2017

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has begun the revision process to its ENERGY STAR® program requirements for imaging equipment. Products within the scope of the program include printers, scanners, copiers, multifunction devices (combination copier, printer, scanner, and/or fax), digital duplicators, and mailing machines (postage printers).
