Qspeed power field effect transistors

Hello:
I am trying to find out what happened to the power FET parts that Qspeed
and its former company supplied. Do you have a data sheet for these parts?
Do you supply or are you doing any work with SIC and SIT transistors?
The only info I can find is at SemiSouth Labs.

We only see Q Speed diodes and not discrete FET's
With regard to SiC you are correct only info we can provide is related to the semiSouth and can be found at
