High Power SMPS Battery Charger

Hello,
I intend to Design SMPS based AC-DC Battery Charger, following are the specifications:
Input Voltage : 170VAC-230VAC
Input Freq: 50Hz-60Hz
Output Voltage : 70VDC
Output Current : 5Amp constant
Kindly suggest some suitable PI part and design guide for the same.
