i need to implement a design that can do 9 - 265VAC on the input and 6.5V, 2 amps on the output. isolation isn't neccessary but isn't a stopper at the same time.

May we verify if the input voltage is 9VAC-265VAC? Is this correct? Or is it 90-265VAC? Thank you very much.
