PFC inductor design

Hi all,

I would like to get an information about PFC inductor air gap length. I mean is there any requirement which can limit the maximal or minimal length of air gap?

PIXL gives a estimated air gap length based on the saturation calculation. When you start build the inductor, with the targeted air gap length, adjust the length to get the inductance value as designed.
