A replacement for SC1162K0?

Hi,
I'm trying to repair the Netgear PowerLine Wi-Fi Router and it turns out that the SC1162K0 chip literally exploded on the power board after 6+ years of 24/7 service. The capacitor next to it doesn't look good either. This chip is not easy to buy hence my question, is there any equivalent of this chip in your current offer that SC1162K0 can be replaced?

Good Day!
It is not easy to buy SC1162K from distributor because the IC is a custom part dedicated for Netgear.
There is no equivalent Power Integration standard product that can replace the SC1162K.
