About PIXIs design

Posted by: ms hong on

I am designd

I want to modify "dual output17.5w power supply using innoswitch-ep inn2904k"(DOC. No. DER-531)

And with PIXIs tool (in this case is not to support PIexpert)-refer to atached file

In that circuit, feedback line is only 5V. (15V line is isolated output-no feedback)

I want to  two qustions

-Can I use in DER-531 based circuit with A transformer to design PIXIs?

-In this case, Is there any circuit constant change?

Hi Ms. Hong,

My apology for the late response. Can you resend the PIXls as an excel file format? I was not able to open it.
To answer your question, yes, you can use the DER-531 as your reference circuit if you require the same power and\or is a dual output. You may change the weight or contribution of the feedback depending on your output regulation requirements. Apart from that you need to check the voltage stress across the SR rectifier.

The changes in the circuit will depend on your requirements.
