144W Flyback transformer design

Hi,

We have designed 144W AC-DC flyback converter using TOP271EG, EER35 Core transformer and the design spread sheet is attached to the post for your kind information.

Gap length, lg should be 0.66mm and we select no. of primary layer, L=1. Since minimizing the no. of primary layers reduces the primary winding capacitance and leakage inductance. Hence please check the design and validate, since in all the design examples L should be more than 1.
