What Power Integrations' device would you recommend for a universal 120/240 VAC input, providing 24 volt DC at 2.2 Amps. The maximum current I would draw from it would likely be 1.6 amps for 70% loading.  The board will be brought through cUL and CE.  It is for industrial use, so there should be no efficiency worries.  This is pretty general. Would you happen to have a transformer or a complete design.
