About Fit Factor(FF)

Dear Sir,
Please guide me how to reduce fit factor by keeping the core material same. I selected core material is EE19. FF is coming 98% but the Tx is not buildable with this FF , I need ti reduce it upto 93%. Please guide me.

Try to use thinner gauge wire or try to use lesser filars which can reduce Layers. Make sure there are no warnings about CMA after you do this.
