I have built up a power supply, but if I connect it to 230VAC, the Pin5 will be destroyed. I’m not sure is there an error in the schematic, or is it a mounting error.

Can you show the transformer specifications?
Did you try examining the Drain waveform at 90Vac?
Most common cause of Drain failure is excessive voltage (>700V).

Hello PI-Trucker thanks for your comments.
I have added the Transformer.PDF

This transformer is not designed correctly for the schematic in the JPG file "power_suppy.JPG" that you attached. The turns ratios for one thing, appear to be all wrong.

Please download PI Expert and use that to design a transformer to your specifications.

Sorry I forgot to change the output values in the schematic.
I would like generate 5 and 3.3VDC and not 12 and 3.3VDC.
