隨插即用 1SP0630 閘極驅動器是針對 130 x 140 mm 單通道 IGBT 高功率 (IHM) 模組最佳化的小型單通道智慧型閘極驅動器，用於鐵路和其他經久耐用的應用。輕巧的 SCALE-2 閘極驅動器符合小型 IHM 單通道 IGBT 模組格式的佔位面積，擁有 1200 A 到 1400 A 的輸出電流以及 3300 V IGBT 的阻隔電壓。
