We do not know whether it belongs to, but Europe can not download. pdf from your web site
If you try to download, for example
http://www.powerint.com/sites/default/files/product-docs/topjx_family_datasheet.pdf
have downloaded file only 1.932.788 byte and is corrupt.
Finally, PI Expert software can not connect to the update server
We have a (temporary) fix in place, so you should be able to download the PI Expert Install file and the PDFs. Please give it a try when you get a chance.
The problem with PI Expert updates is being investigated.
