LinkSwitch-CV通过省去光耦器和次级控制电路,可以大大简化对恒压有严格要求的恒压电源设计。该器件采用了革新性的控制技术,能够随着输入电压和温度的变化提供极为严格的输出电压调节。

该器件在一个单片IC上集成了一个725 V的功率MOSFET、新颖的开/关控制状态机、一个进行自偏置的高压开关电流源、频率抖动、每周期限流及迟滞热关断电路。
