Thermal stability

Why Power Integration drivers are getting more heat compared other competitors drivers?
In high power designs transformer can easily go up to 100 degree and output diode even more. For same wattage and same efficiency competitor drivers are cool. Any particular thing need to take care?

I don't agree with your statement. Power supply design is a combination of many factors with tradeoffs that the engineer need to weigh in. You can balance the thermals i.e shift it from primary to secondary by adjusting the parameters of the design and achieve your design goal. It depends on the engineer on how he can optimize the design using the specific controller at his disposal. If you need help, you can always contact local FAEs on your area to optimize your design using PI products.
