In this presentation, we will review new technology options for delivering more efficient, more reliable and more cost-effective power conversion for industrial applications.
The development of high voltage GaN (1700 V) to supplement SiC and Si options provides opportunities to cost effectively support high voltage applications with improved performance. New algorithms and new architectures allow higher efficiency and lower part count for multi-output applications while increasing voltage margin for higher reliability.
We will compare these technologies to construct a matrix of solutions optimized for industry needs, showcasing our InnoSwitch™3-EP, InnoMux™-2 and TinySwitch™-5 families, all featuring PowiGaN™, across a range of applications.
