Since 2018, PI has been offering the SCALE-iFlex gate driver series, supporting single-module operation of new dual-package SiC devices from 1.2kV to 3.3kV, and enabling parallel operation of up to four SiC modules. With flexible gate voltage configuration options, these drivers simplify the deployment of SiC modules in high-power applications such as wind energy and rail transportation.
