Hi,
Since my colleague is away, I would like to offer my comments.
Generally a 385VDC bus works very well with most commercially available 600V MOSFETs for bridge application.
A boost PFC stage allows you to take 85VAC to 265VAC Input and create a regulated 385VDC bus and we have an integrated product called the HiperPFS to do that. Will this work for you?
