Hello,

Farnell is one of our distributors and should carry our Qspeed diodes. I have forwarded your message to our distribution manager. He will contact Farnell about this.

In the meantime please have a look to our webpage. You can order any of our products there and typically a choice of distributors is offered.

Go to powerint.com, click on products, click on Qspeed. On the new screen at the bottom left three choices are offered.

1. Direct at PI you get 10 pieces free of charge but shipping and handling does cost $50

2. Mouser

3. DigiKey

The distis do sell by piece or bigger quantities.

Thanks for the response
