BOARD LAYOUT

The PIExpert software is not a CAD tool for PCB designs. The tool will provide some suggestions in order to avoid common issues, but it won't do a layout file. You will find gerber files for some of PI's designs here.

There are several free tools online which can assist you with doing the actual PCB design (I suggest an online search with the topic "pcb layout software").

i tried same as u suggested,searched for "PCB layout software" but sir in any software there is no pi ic in their library so i am unable to design and second thing is i had tried for that but PCB comes to be very big in size and what must be the track size and other points to be taken in to consideration i am unable to design so OK i will try thank you.........

my little suggestion is in next higher version of PI why don't you provide PCB design also so complete LED driver design comes to be possible without any external costs thank you............
