TinySwitch-LT 整合了 650 V 功率 MOSFET、振盪器、高壓切換式電流源、限電流（使用者可選）和過熱關機電路。IC 系列採用開/關控制設計，并提供設計靈活的解決方案，該解決方案具有極低的系統成本和擴展的功率能力。

產品特色：

  • 650 V 額定電壓整合式 MOSFET
  • 簡單的開/關控制，無需迴路補償
  • 透過 BP/M 電容值提供可選取的限電流
  • 較高的限電流可以提高峰值功率，而在開放式架構應用中可以最大化連續功率
  • 嚴格的 I2f 參數公差能降低系統成本、將最大過載功率降至最小，進而降低變壓器、一次側箝位和二次側元件的成本
  • 導通時間延長 - 擴大低線間電壓調節範圍/電壓維持時間，以減少輸入大電容
  • 頻率抖動功能可降低 EMI 濾波器成本
