TinySwitch-4器件具备线电压补偿过载保护功能,可大幅降低在通用输入电压范围内的最大过载变化。它特别适用于PC待机和恒压适配器等应用,能够限定过载故障条件下的最大输出功率。TinySwitch-4还集成了一个725 V MOSFET,可轻易让高反射电压及高总线电压设计进行80%的降额。BP/M引脚允许向上或向下调整MOSFET电流限流点,以便设计师在不同的物理实现中优化功率输出能力及效率。导通时间延长功能可以在更低输入电压下维持输出的稳定,从而能够以更低容量的输入电容来满足维持时间。
