说明

LinkZero-AX是一款集成离线式开关IC,能使设计师设计出零瓦待机功耗的辅助电源。LinkZero-AX采用创新的断电模式,可在最终产品闲置或待机时有效关断辅助电源。断电模式由微控制器可获取的信号触发,它可以完全关断内部开关控制电路。然而,在断电模式下,旁路引脚仍维持调整,通过复位脉冲或按键操作即可将LinkZero-AX IC唤醒。

当与CAPZero和SENZero配合使用时,LinkZero-AX能够将高功率产品的待机功耗降低至5 mW,甚至近乎零瓦。或者,在断电模式下,LinkZero-AX从经调整的旁路引脚便可提供500 µA, 4 V的电流。该电流可以在断电模式下为系统唤醒传感器供电,而系统的其他元件均处于待机状态。该功能虽然会增大系统待机功耗,但能为低电流传感器直接供电,不需要电源进行开关操作。
