AC-DC Converter Circuit

I'm not getting any output from AC-DC converter circuit. I design with power integration design expert but I am not getting output do you see ay problems? What could be the reason? Is this shunt regulators chatode pins resistor or what else?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Before I can comment further, can you also send the layout and transformer design as well? Many issues can be caused by the layout and transformer so we will need to take a look at that as well.
Can you also confirm the primary inductance value of your actual transformer as well and how to compares to the calculated value in PI Expert. Large discrepancies between these can cause issues as well.
