Product Details

The ISO5125 is a single-channel, isolated DC-DC converter for 4.5 kV, 6.5 kV, 10 kV and 12 kV IGBT drivers. An output power of 5W enables switching frequencies of up to 5 kHz for 6.5 kV / 750 A IGBTs.

  • ISO5125R complements Power Integrations' 1SP0335 and 1SP0440 SCALE-2 high-voltage IGBT drivers

ISO5125 DC/DC converters are offered with various isolation voltages to cover the complete range of 4.5 kV to 12 kV IGBT applications from 2-level to multi-level topologies.

Other features include: a wide creepage distance of 60mm; an extremely low coupling capacitance of 4pF; an extremely reliable circuit design; rugged packaging for simple and vibration-proof mounting.
