PI's InnoSwitch3-AQ ICs for automotive use and InnoSwitch3-EP devices for appliances, consumer and industrial applications are now available with 900 V-rated PowiGaN switches, allowing the design of reliable power supplies up to 100 W with 93% efficiency and no heatsinks.
