48v 20A

hi i need to make A PS like this:

input : 220v AC 50hz ~ 190-265V

Output: 48V DC 20A ~ 1000wat

Which product i can use for this?

i try with pi expert but best result was 48V 6A ~300w with one TopSwitch family:|

You have to use HiperPLC device.

u means HiperLCS? because in PIXls designer HiperPLC does not exsit and when i choose HiperLCS best max current output that it give is 6 , if i select higher in design software give error and dont give shematic.

HIperLCS is only good to 440W. HiperPLC is an LLC+PFC controller using external MOSFETs. AFAICT it's still in PIXLs Designer. It recently got obsoleted but we still have several 10's of thousands in stock. How many will you need?

we should build these converters for 22 motors but need first a prototype converter to test some parameters on it.

i just work on boost converter and have no experience about this.

Can you recommend an example or a circuit diagram? or A app note i dont know?
