Hi.
There is a number of support options depending on the size of your project. You may want to start by discussing with your local distributor. Several distributors offer direct technical support, and all are in contact with our local offices. They'll be able to determine the ideal support for you. Of course the forum itself is also a resource.
It's very difficult to say if this particular design will work or not looking only at the schematic, without the specification, or the transformer design. Looking at the schematic I can see that that capacitors C2 and C5 have the polarity reversed. I am assuming that C4 is going to be ceramic.
It is also very difficult to read some of the components values because of the image resolution, but at least purely from a schematic point of view the design looks fine
This design seems similar to the demo kit RDK-142, so maybe you want to take a look at the report (you may even order a fully functional demo board if you want to test and modify a prototype according to your needs. During the design phase you may want to have the PIExpert Software Suite. You should also take a look at the application notes offering step by step designs. The "Design Support" section of the website does offer additional technical information like design seminars, and over 200 example designs.
Currently no support for spice simulation or equivalent is offered.
