problem with Log in to PI Expert Online account from another device

hello

I login to my PI Expert Online account with my phone and every thing are ok .now i try log in to my account with another device, but this message is show:

You are currently logged in from another device/browser. Press continue to terminate old session and start a new one

i click on continue Button and nothing happen and i stay on login page (https://piexpertonline.power.com/site/login)

Hello 1nafar,

 

What you describe is expected.  When logging in from two devices/computers at the same time, the second one will be notified with the message:

 

"You are currently logged in from another device/browser.

Press continue to terminate old session and start a new one

<Continue> <Cancel>"

 

Clicking on the Continue button resets the first session and sets the current session as active.  We have confirmed that this behavior is as designed with the supported web browsers (IE, Edge, Firefox, and Chrome).

 

Our suggestion is to clear the browser’s cache to see if that helps.
