High-Power LED Drivers (Up to 220 W)
Choose: InnoSwitch4-QR Flyback Switcher ICs
For applications like LED strip lights, linear luminaires, and high-wattage ballasts, the InnoSwitch™4-QR family delivers up to 95% efficiency and consumes less than 30 mW at no-load. These high-frequency, quasi-resonant switcher ICs minimize transformer size and offer high power density for heatsink-free designs up to 220 W.

Mid-Power Dimmable LED Drivers (Up to 110 W)
Choose: LYTSwitch-6 LED Driver ICs
For applications requiring precise dimming control and low component count, the LYTSwitch™-6 safety-isolated LED-driver IC is ideal. Available with a 650 V silicon or 750 V PowiGaN switch, the device delivers up to 110 W output power without requiring a heatsink. The flyback converter is 94% efficient and consumes less than 15 mW no-load including line sense.
The advanced driver technology achieves high efficiency and low component count while delivering dim-to-off capability via a 3-in-1 dimming circuit with possible inputs from variable DC supply (0-10 V), variable resistance (0-100 kΩ) or variable duty PWM signal (300-3 kHz), as well as 100% to 0% dimming through a Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI).

Smart BLE Dimming Wall Switches

For smart dimmers and wall switches that require ultra-low standby power, the LinkSwitch™-TNZ devices provide an accurate signal when the sinusoidal AC line crosses zero volts. This process consumes less than 5 mW and eliminates the need for 10 or more discrete components, which would burn 50 to 100 mW continuously.
LinkSwitch-TNZ ICs can be used for non-isolated buck and buck-boost power supplies with up to 575 mA output current and can provide up to 12 W output for universal input isolated flyback designs.
