DER-946Q describes a 10 W emergency power supply for 800 V BEV automotive applications. It uses a 1700 V SiC-based InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switcher IC and features reinforced 1000 V isolation that is IEC-60664-1 and IEC-60664-4 compliant.This compact design allows 30-1000 VDC wide input range with a 7.5 V, 1.33 A output.
