Dear Sir,
I want to implement DER 256 LED Driver for T8 Lamp.I Want to modify the design to meet the following requirement:
sPECIFICATION: INPUT:90-265VAC,OUTPUT:45 V,400mA
KEY GOALS:
1.Meet 2 KV differential Surge
2.Meet 4KV Commonmode surge
3.IEC 6100-4-5 2.5 KV Ring Wave
4.Must be fit inside T8 Tube Enclosure

DER-291 implemented a diode-capacitor solution for higher surge requirements. Please check the schematic.
