TinySwitch-LT는 650V 파워 MOSFET, 오실레이터, 고전압 스위칭 전류 소스, current limit(사용자 선택 가능)과 써멀 셧다운 회로를 통합합니다. IC 제품군은 ON/OFF 컨트롤 구성을 사용하여 낮은 시스템 비용과 확장된 전력 용량으로 유연한 설계가 가능한 솔루션을 제공합니다.

  • 650V 정격 통합 MOSFET
  • 간단한 ON/OFF 컨트롤, 루프 보정이 필요 없음
  • BP/M 커패시터 값을 통해 current limit 선택 가능
  • 더 높아진 current limit으로 피크 전력을 확장하거나 오픈 프레임 애플리케이션에서 최대 연속 전력 제공
  • 정밀한 I2f 파라미터 오차 허용 범위로 시스템 비용을 줄이며, 최대 과부하 전력을 최소화하면서 트랜스포머, 1차측 클램프 및 2차측 부품 비용을 줄임
  • 온타임 확장 - 입력 벌크 커패시턴스 감소를 위하여 로우 라인 레귤레이션 범위/홀드업 타임을 확장
  • 주파수 지터링으로 EMI 필터 비용 절감
