HiperPFS™-3 디바이스 제품군은 CCM(Continuous Conduction Mode) 부스트 PFC 컨트롤러, 게이트 드라이버, 매우 낮은 역 회복 다이오드, 고전압 파워 MOSFET 등을 하나의 소형 히트 싱크 패키지로 통합합니다. HiperPFS-3 제품군은 20% 부하 시 하이라인의 역률을 0.92보다 더 높게 해주는 디지털 인핸서와 60mW 미만의 무부하 소비 전력을 제공하는 효율적인 "경부하" 작동 모드를 갖추고 있습니다.

HiperPFS-3 제품군의 가변 주파수 CCM(Continuous Conduction Mode) 작동 방식은 낮은 평균 스위칭 주파수를 유지하고 주파수 변조 및 피크 EMI 억제를 통해 손실이 최소화됩니다. HiperPFS-3을 사용하는 시스템은 일반적으로 컨버터의 총 X 및 Y 커패시턴스 요구 사항은 물론이고 부스트 초크와 EMI 노이즈 억제 초크 모두의 인덕턴스가 최소화되어 전반적인 시스템 크기와 비용이 줄어듭니다.

HiperPFS-3 디바이스는 최소한의 외부 부품만을 필요로 하고, 보드 공간 및 시스템 BOM 비용이 줄어들며, 센싱 레지스터와 연관된 전력 손실이 적습니다.
