Output adjustable power supply

I am looking for technical design guideline and possibly a eval kit for designing the following:
Output specifications: 30V,3A, 100W
Output range 5 to 30V ,fully adjustable in 1V increments
0.5 to 3A fully adjustable in 0.1A increments
Type of output 1-100W adjustable in 1W increments. Constant voltage,current or power with automatic crossover.
Input power :100VAC to 240VAC autoswitching.
PI Expert does not support constant power control. PLease post this in the main forum and inquire about external solution that could be used to achieve this.
