DER-1030Q describes a low-profile 20 W power supply with four outputs for 800 V BEV applications, such as gate driver and emergency power supply. It features a wide-creepage InnoSwitch3-AQ flyback switcher IC with a 1700 V SiC switch, which improves system reliability. The design also employs a slim wound transformer, which lowers the profile of the board to 18.1 mm.
