Q factor for topswitch power stage transfer function

Hi,
In AN57, it is said the Q should be taken as 0.15 to 0.3...but i calculate Q from TN-203 (microsemi) page 8, and its nowhere near that.
Are you sure this Q is correct?

Thanks, the equation for Q is given on page 8 of the following note by Microsemi, at top of page 8.
There is no way it can be anywhere near 0.15
App note TN-203 by Microsemi.
As mentioned in AN-57, setting Q factor at 0.15 is good starting point for an isolated flyback design using TOPSwitch.
