Power Integrations’ InnoSwitch3-EP and InnoMux-2 flyback switcher IC families incorporate PowiGaN GaN technology with highly cost-effective 900V, 1250V, and 1700V switches. These devices greatly simplify the design of single- and multi-output power supplies in high-voltage environments.

In this session, we will introduce this new technology, demonstrate its application in real-world power conversion circuits, and highlight new applications that can benefit from it.
