TinySwitch-LT には、650 V 耐圧パワー MOSFET、発振器、高電圧スイッチング電流源、カレント リミット (ユーザー選択が可能)、及び過熱保護回路が組み込まれています。この IC ファミリーは、ON/OFF 制御方式を使用し、低システム コストで広いパワー領域をカバーする設計自由度の高いソリューションを提供します。
