LNK306 LED buck Boost Constant Current Driver Problem

I design two drivers using LNK306 AN37 design. 75mA & 135 mA but in both problem comes after some time its power off & then on after some time. Please help ? Is it heating problem ? Is LNK306 require heat sink ?

Thanks for your suggestion.
It is not possible to tell why the LED driver using LNK306 go into auto restart mode with just given output current information.
But it is possible for the unit to go into the over temperature protection mode if there is not enough heatsink PCB area in the layout..
It is important to maximize the PCB area under LNK306 to provide good heatsink for the switching device.
