No output (DER286)

Dear Sirs,
I had built a 30W driver as sample as DER286 demo.
But no output when power on with no load . and output will get to 45V with 1A loading.
What's the problem? thank you!

The LED driver regulated the output current, not output voltage. The output voltate is the LED voltage itself.
If there is no LED connected, the overvoltage protection circuit will shut off the LED driver.
The LED driver load should be either LED itself or constant voltage mode electronic load.
