Sir,
please refer der284, Is it mandatory C8 to be a class Y1 capacitor for getting UL certification? If yes kindly explain. Is there any UL file number for Link switch PH devices. If yes please share with us.

If youre refering to C9 y-capacitor between primary and secondary, it should be Y1 to meet reinforced insulation requirements. Theres no UL file number for Linkswitch-PH devices.
