Problems with using TOP243YN, TOP250YN

In each of the inserted projects input voltage the standard 195-265V.
Problem: I lift smoothly loading from 300mA to 3000mA – all OK!
I connect 3000mA – protection works (start attempt everyone 0.5sek).

I think the first thing we should check is if the transformer design is marginal or not. can you share that information with us? If not, you can also use our PIexpert tool to check if everything is solid.
Do you know how much loop gain and phase margin of your design?
Another thing you can try is to add a 220ohms resistor between the emitter of U2B and C pin before R9.

What kind of load do you use? for most eload at CC mode, the load will have a overshoot spike during startup, then the power supply needs to deliver more power and it may go to power limitation protection.
Can you try with resistive load and see if the issue is still there or not.

When you mention the current is increase smoothly, do you mean the output current? if you can share the startup waveform with us, it will be more useful to dig in.
At light load or no load condition, do you have the similar issue. By the way, how much is you input voltage, this issue happens all the line voltage or at some specific line voltage only.
