RDR-382 don´t deliver 3,125A

I just make the circuit proposed in RDR-382 Design report, but Iout = 0,6A @Vout = 42V, instead of Iout=3,125A@Vout =42V
I revised it but I don't find any mistake. Can you have any suggestion of which's the problem? Thank you for your response ...

Yes, I know this, but I said that with proposed values don´t deliver 3,125A, almost 0,6A.
Is it possible that a different optocoupler with higher CTR affects Iout? How feedback can be modified? With R43, R25 and R32?
different opto should not end up with not delivery power. Could you share with us your modified schematic? Hand drawing is fine, please highlihgt the components you changed from original design.
the current is controlled by the current sense resistor R52 and R53 and feedback resistor R47 and R50.
