Please comments on feedback components placements

Hi PI,

 

Please validate the PCB design, Board is designed for 24W ac-dc Flyback power supply.

Power supply schematic, Board Top layer and bottom layer image is attached to the mail for your kind information.

We request you to suggest changes to be done in the PCB to optimize the PCB layout.

Hi PI,

We request you to give comments on the feedback circuit components placements, since it is placed closer to source pin and it is in the  isolation barrier. Because customer required compact module hence we used isolation barrier area for feedback components placement.

And we done some changes in Common mode input tracks and increased gap between the input tracks.

Hi,

The creppage distance between primary and secondary seems to be very small.

This might result surge or ESD failure. I would recmmend you not to route any traces underneath the optocoupler.

Ok we will increase the creepage distance between primary and secondary. Remove the tracks below the optocoupler.
