Is p/n TOP202YN still available?

TOP202 should still be available. However it is a very old part (datasheet is from 1996). If it's not available from your usual suppliers, you might have to call around to some other vendors and see if anyone else has some stock.

I think the TOP223YN and TOP224YN might be what you are looking for since I am also facing the similar situation to find a replacement on our existing Power Supply products.
I am trying to find an expert from Power Integrations to tell me if I have to change any component circuits when I drop in the TOP224YN device.
