LNK626 output too low

DEAR :

^{I use the PI expert to design a link switch cv,flyback circuit;which have 4 output ;use the EEL19(5+7);}

^{but when I make the transformer as the design;the outputs are all to low?????}

^{Can you give me some advices???}

Could you please post your schematic and your transformer documentation? I can take a look to them and try to find the problem.

It may be something wrong with your design or it just may need fine tuning. Line 48 of PI expert program is used to fine tune your output. Did you see it?
