LNK419 30watt As per DER286 output diode heats up

Hi Experts,
we have made a LNK419 based 30 watt LED Power supply as per the design DER286 document.
The evaluation board does not have output diode heat sink.
but when we built our own board with the same components the output diode tab temp reaches 90 degrees.
Any suggestions?

ambient temperature was 27.
Did you use the same PCB layout?
Is the diode exposed to air in the same way?
How did you measure the diode temperature?
Can you verify the temperature by using an alternate method? Perhaps with a thermocouple on the center of the plastic on the package?
Are you using the same diode part number?
The same package?
What was the ambient temperature during your thermal test?
